Before you write

Many questions already have an answer. The FAQ covers formats, devices, limits and privacy, and the troubleshooting guide explains every error message and what to try next.

Feedback and questions

Ideas, suggestions and questions about how Konvert works are always welcome. If something was confusing or a feature would make your life easier, tell us. Plain, specific feedback is the most useful kind.

Reporting a problem

If a conversion failed or something looks broken, please include:

• The video link you pasted
• The format you chose, and the MP3 bitrate if you picked MP3
• The exact error text you saw, copied word for word if you can
• The approximate time it happened, with your time zone
• Your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome"

We can't look up past conversions: job details are deleted 30 minutes after each conversion starts. The details above are what let us reproduce the problem.

Copyright notices and takedown requests

Konvert doesn't host a library of media. It converts a link a visitor provides, and deletes the result after 30 minutes. If you believe Konvert is being used to infringe your copyright, please send a notice that includes:

• The work you believe is being infringed, such as the title of the song or video
• The URL of the video or page involved
• Your contact details: your name, and an email address or postal address where we can reach you
• A good-faith statement that you believe the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner

Privacy requests

Konvert has no accounts, so there's no profile to view or delete. The privacy policy explains exactly what's processed, how long it's kept and your rights. If you have a question or request about your data, contact us and mention "Privacy" in the subject.
